First picture: Oh man, my mom makes this at home every year, twice a year. It is so delicious, I literally eat it as it comes off the stove. Capirotada all day, except without walnuts and raisins, I will take coconut all day.
Second picture: This right here, this right here is something out of this world. Pambazos are beastly any time of the year, any time of the day. That is exactly how I eat mine too, besides the jalapeños underneath. Since they are made to how I like them by my mum, I have potato and chorizo. The crema is what makes it the best!! Sucks for anyone that has not had either.
…and to think that I came across these pictures doing my Spanish essay regarding Semana Santa in El Salvador and México. Oh, Ashley, do not worry you will have some one of these days, I do not member if you have had pambazos, hmm. Well either way they are in your future. Back to the essay haha.
